In the measurement of tissue viscoelasticity, a suitable rheological model can accurately predict the mechanical properties of tissues over a wide frequency band, thereby more accurately reflecting the pathological changes of tissues. Conduct parallel plate rotational shear experiments using a commercial shear rheometer. The storage and loss moduli of gelatin phantoms with four different concentrations at 1 Hz to 50 Hz were obtained, for analyzing the selection of rheological models in the measurement of the viscoelasticity of gelatin phantoms.
在组织粘弹性的测量中,合适的流变学模型(rheological model)可在宽频范围内精准预测组织的力学特性,进而更准确地反映组织的病理变化。本研究采用商用剪切流变仪开展平行板旋转剪切实验,采集了四种不同浓度的明胶体模(gelatin phantoms)在1 Hz至50 Hz频段下的储能模量与损耗模量数据,用于分析明胶体模粘弹性测量中流变学模型的选型工作。
