资源简介:
The study compares three groups of mice one week after pressure overload induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) or control (sham) surgery. Comprehensive echocardiographic datasets are provided in supplementary tables, including male mice assessed at 1 week (Table S1) and up to 4 weeks (Table S2) after surgery, as well as female mice assessed at 1 week (Table S3). The accompanying XLSX file contains complete lists of differentially expressed genes identified through bioinformatic analysis of the RNA-sequencing data. Supplementary Figure S1 presents volcano plots and pathway analyses of genes differentially expressed among experimental groups. Supplementary Figure S2 highlights 23 genes that were differentially expressed both between neuregulin-1β (NRG1)–treated TAC mice and saline-treated TAC controls, and between NRG1-treated TAC mice and sham controls. Supplementary Figure S3 reports results from an additional experiment using intermittent NRG1 administration via daily intraperitoneal injections, complementing the continuous delivery approach used in the main study. Supplementary Tables S4 and S5 detail the antibodies and primer sequences used. Together, these data support analyses of gene expression and NRG1-treatment effects in experimental models of pressure overload.
