对采集的各设备的核心信息（如设备型号、参数规格、权属信息等），同步搭建实时监控机制，动态追踪设备运行状态（如转速、温度、故障预警信号等）；随后对采集到的设备信息与运行数据开展清洗（剔除无效记录、修正异常数值）与加工处理（整合多维度数据、统一统计标准），最终基于标准化后的高质量数据集构建设备专项分析模型，为设备管理提供数据支撑。

For the collected core information of various devices (such as device model, parameter specifications, ownership information, etc.), a real-time monitoring mechanism is synchronously established to dynamically track the operating status of the devices (including rotation speed, temperature, fault warning signals, etc.). Subsequently, data cleaning (removing invalid records, correcting abnormal values) and data processing (integrating multi-dimensional data, unifying statistical standards) are performed on the collected device information and operating data. Finally, a dedicated device analysis model is constructed based on the standardized high-quality dataset, providing data support for equipment management.
