ExonOnly_HTSeq

The raw counts of gene expression which only exonic reads was quantified by HTSeq and the Gencode version 19 annotation files . And the other file includes the value of highly variable genes after rlog transformation and batch correction using ComBat

本数据集包含经HTSeq工具与Gencode版本19注释文件定量得到的基因表达原始计数，该定量过程仅使用外显子测序读段；另一文件则包含经正则化对数变换（rlog transformation）与ComBat工具完成批次校正后的高可变基因数值。
