Understanding the carriage rate of C. perfringens in canine feces is of great significance for assessing public health risks, providing scientific evidence for disease prevention and control, and safeguarding the health of both pets and humans. Research on the carriage rate of C. perfringens in canine feces can also provide data support for epidemiological studies, helping to determine the baseline prevalence level of C. perfringens in pets in local regions of China, and providing a baseline reference for identifying potential abnormal prevalence events in the future.
1. Data Collection: A batch of canine fecal samples was collected from veterinary hospitals. The samples were numbered sequentially from 1 to 500, with sampling time recorded and sample types registered.

4. Data Application: Python was used to collect the relative abundance data of C. perfringens from the cohort samples, and Matplotlib was employed to generate a fitted plot of the data, facilitating observation and analysis by researchers.
5. Data Classification and Grading: The calculated relative abundance values of C. perfringens were evaluated for indicator classification, divided into three categories and levels: "High", "Medium", and "Low". Specifically, samples with relative abundance greater than Q97.5 are classified as "High", those with value greater than 0 and less than or equal to Q97.5 are classified as "Medium", and those with a value of 0 are classified as "Low".
