南沙太平島周邊海域環境DNA資訊蒐集

本研究規劃蒐集南沙太平島周邊海域環境DNA資訊，所得資料可作為重大環境變化事件前後之對照基準，探討氣候變遷下不同年間生物種類變化，並可嘗試發展運用於偏遠地區海洋生態長期監測之流程，以提供南沙太平島海洋生物多樣性保育之建議。

This study proposes to collect environmental DNA (eDNA) data from the waters surrounding Taiping Island in the Nansha Islands. The collected data will serve as a standardized reference baseline for comparisons before and after major environmental disruption events, enabling the investigation of interannual variations in biological communities under climate change. Additionally, this study aims to develop a standardized workflow for long-term marine ecological monitoring applicable to remote areas, so as to provide evidence-based recommendations for the conservation of marine biodiversity around Taiping Island in the Nansha Islands.
