Expression of mRNAs in the heart of fat-1 mice under pressure overload

Fat-1 mice were expressed n-3 fatty acid desaturase gene fat-1 of Caenorhabditis elegans. Expression profiles of mRNAs in the hearts of wild-type and Fat-1 mice under pressure overload conditions. Total RNAs from the ventricular tissues of the sham group (Fat1-Sham and WT-Sham) and the pressure overload group (Fat1-TAC and WT-TAC) were isolated using TRIzol® Reagent. Each group contains two independent samples. Subsequently, a total amount of 3 µg RNA per sample were used for high-throughput sequencing.
