Processed heat flow data acquired using the 0.6 meter Alvin heat flow probe deployed by ROV Jason II during the 2013 Atlantis expedition AT26-04 at the Cascadia Subduction Zone. The data file is in ASCII format and was generated as a part of the projects called 'Thermal Structure of the Cascadia Subduction Zone on the Washington Margin' and 'Thermal Structure of the Cascadia Subduction Zone, Grays Canyon Discovery Corridor, Washington'.
