An electric vehicle requires an ample amount of power to function smoothly. The development of this generator aims to cater to the energy requirements of remote areas. The vehicle is equipped with electric motors that possess a power of 3000 W and are integrated into the rear wheels, allowing efficient movement. In order to move, the generator must overcome several types of resistance with rolling resistance being one of them. The calculation of rolling resistance incorporates the traction coefficient, which takes into consideration the inflation pressure. Furthermore, the rolling coefficient, resulting from the local deformation of the tyre under load at the wheels, produces a resistive torque causing power dissipation. An experimental electric vehicle protocol was employed to collect data, enabling the recording of various speeds and corresponding powers.

电动汽车需充足电力以保障平稳运行。本发电装置(generator)的研发初衷为满足偏远地区的能源需求。该车辆搭载额定功率3000 W的电动机,并将其集成于后轮结构,可实现高效行驶。为实现行驶功能,该发电装置需克服多种行驶阻力,滚动阻力(rolling resistance)即为其中一类。滚动阻力的计算需引入牵引系数(traction coefficient),该系数综合考量了轮胎充气压力(inflation pressure)因素。此外,车轮负载下轮胎局部变形所产生的滚动阻力系数,会生成引发功率损耗(power dissipation)的阻力矩(resistive torque)。本研究采用电动汽车实验规程采集数据,可记录不同行驶速度及其对应的功率参数。
