Effect of Tup1, Xbp1, Isw2, and Sds3 on transcription in diauxic shift and stationary phase.

To investigate the effect of Tup1, Xbp1, Isw2, and Sds3 on transcription we generated knockout strains and measured their transcript abundance compared to wild type during diauxic shift and stationary phase.为探究Tup1、Xbp1、Isw2及Sds3对转录过程的影响，我们构建了各基因对应的敲除菌株，并在二次生长转换期与稳定生长期，测定了各敲除菌株相较于野生型菌株的转录本丰度。
