Animal Genotypes for milk production analysis at liveweight locus

Animal genotypes for the 432 Illumina BovineHD BeadChip markers at the chromosome 14 liveweight locus. Animals were genotyped either using this panel directly, or were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 and imputed to the HDChip markers using Beagle. These genotypes were used for association analysis with milk production phenotypes generated as part of standard herd test procedures. PLINK was used to recode the genotypes to 0,1,2 to represent the number of alternative allele copies for each marker. anml_id = anonymised animal identification

本数据集包含432个位于14号染色体活体体重位点的因美纳牛高密度SNP芯片（Illumina BovineHD BeadChip）标记对应的动物基因型数据。受试动物的基因分型可通过两种方式实现：直接使用该芯片进行基因分型，或先通过因美纳牛50K SNP芯片（Illumina BovineSNP50）完成分型，再借助Beagle软件将基因型填充至高密度芯片标记集。上述基因型数据被用于与牛奶生产性状表型开展关联分析，该表型数据由牧场常规奶牛群检测流程生成。本研究使用PLINK软件将基因型编码为0、1、2，以表征每个标记的替代等位基因拷贝数。其中anml_id为匿名化动物标识。
