Multiple Sclerosis Large Human Brain Tissue (MS Sample 2-White Matter Chronic Active Lesion) with 6 Spatial Transcriptomics Captures Using 10x Genomics Visium
收藏资源简介:
This dataset was featured in the study: Scaling up spatial transcriptomics for large-sized tissues: uncovering cellular-level tissue architecture beyond conventional platforms with iSCALE. The dataset includes a large human brain tissue section from a patient with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and contains a fully resolved chronic active white matter lesion, along with areas of active and chronic subpial cortical demyelination, surrounding immune response and normal-appearing white and gray matter. The sample spans an extensive tissue region and is accompanied by six 10x Genomics Visium Spatial Transcriptomics (ST) captures, each corresponding to smaller, partially overlapping subregions of the full tissue section, derived from adjacent slices. In addition, the data includes a high-resolution H&E-stained histology image of the entire large tissue section. Together, this dataset provides a rare opportunity to study both local and global spatial transcriptomic architecture of MS pathology across scales.
