Plate 2

These are the Cell Painting images from Plate 2. There are three channels: - DAPI (DNA/Nuclei) - GFP (ER) - RFP (Actin) There are two genotypes of cells (NF1+/+ and NF1-/-) that are split between columns 1 and 6 for WT and 7 and 12 for Null for all rows in a 96-well plate. Included in this dataset is the plate map file that contains all the metadata for this project. <br> Note: These images have been corrected using CellProfiler to convert them from RGB tiff images to greyscale tiff images.

本数据集包含来自2号板（Plate 2）的细胞绘画（Cell Painting）图像，共涵盖三种成像通道：标记DNA/细胞核的DAPI、标记内质网（ER）的GFP，以及标记肌动蛋白（Actin）的RFP。本次实验使用两种细胞基因型：NF1+/+（野生型WT）与NF1-/-（敲除型Null）；在整块96孔板的所有行中，野生型样本分布于第1列与第6列，敲除型样本分布于第7列与第12列。本数据集附带项目板图文件（plate map file），其中收录了本项目的全部元数据（metadata）。注：本数据集的图像已通过CellProfiler完成校正处理，将原始RGB TIFF图像转换为灰度TIFF图像。
