Supplementary Material: Expanded carrier in screening in Flanders (Belgium): an online survey on the perspectives of non-pregnant reproductive-aged women

Abstract <br><br>Background: Despite a considerable interest in expanded carrier screening (ECS) in the general population, actual uptake of ECS remains low. More insights are needed to better understand the perspectives of reproductive-aged individuals. <br><br>Materials and methods: Non-pregnant women of reproductive age recruited through public pharmacies throughout Flanders (Belgium) were invited to participate in an online survey. <br><br>Results: Most participants (63.6%) indicated they would consider ECS for themselves in the future. 背景：尽管普通人群对扩展性携带者筛查（expanded carrier screening, ECS）关注度颇高，但该项目的实际参与率仍处于较低水平。目前仍需更多研究洞察，以深入理解育龄群体对此项筛查的态度倾向。

材料与方法：本研究通过比利时佛兰德斯地区的公共药房招募非妊娠育龄女性，邀请其参与在线问卷调查。

结果：多数参与者（63.6%）表示未来愿意考虑接受自身的扩展性携带者筛查；约半数参与者对ECS持有积极态度。
