通过对连接数据的分析,可进行连接设备方案的输出。例:针对数模内任一连接点,通过外轮廓长方体的生成可判断其在该模型内的站位,并输出该点距离各个面的距离,根据此距离与连接设备的 "喉宽" "喉深" "A值" 三个检测值进行范围对比,并进行排序,随后针对该模型内其余连接点重复此操作,得到模型内每个连接点的连接设备方案,最终进行方案智能推荐,实现了设计阶段的可行性分析及制造阶段连接设备方案的提前制定,减少了验证成本,大大提升了模拟效率。
By analyzing connection data, connection equipment schemes can be generated. Taking any connection point within a digital model as an example, its position in the model can be determined by generating the bounding cuboid of its outer contour, and the distances from this point to each face of the model can be output. These distances are then compared with the three detection parameters ("throat width", "throat depth", and "A-value") of the connection equipment, followed by ranking. Repeat this procedure for the remaining connection points in the model to obtain the matching connection equipment scheme for each connection point in the model, and finally conduct intelligent scheme recommendation. This workflow realizes feasibility analysis in the design stage and pre-formulation of connection equipment schemes in the manufacturing stage, reducing verification costs and greatly improving simulation efficiency.
