According to a July 2021 survey, consumers worldwide reported their favorite way to shop was to buy products online and have them home delivered. Appliances and apparel shared almost the same interest in this type of purchase, with one-third of respondents. The least popular way for global shoppers to purchase products was to buy online and pick up at a collection point, with less than four percent of respondents opting for this option.
