Comparison of Postural Assessment and Postural Awareness

Purpose: This study was planned to compare postural assessment and postural awareness using the AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System in individuals receiving Posture Training. Method: Participants physical characteristics (age, height, weight, gender, body mass index) were recorded. The participants' posture was evaluated with the Apecs-AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System (APECS) and New York Posture Rating Chart test (NYPR), and their body and postural awareness was evaluated with the Body Awareness Questionnaire (BAQ), Postural Awareness Form (PAF), Postural Habits and Awareness Scale (PHAS

研究目的：本研究旨在对比接受姿势训练人群借助AI姿势评估与矫正系统（AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System）开展的姿势评估与姿势觉知水平。研究方法：记录受试者的身体特征参数（年龄、身高、体重、性别、身体质量指数）。采用Apecs-AI姿势评估与矫正系统（Apecs-AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System，缩写APECS）与纽约姿势评分测试量表（New York Posture Rating Chart test，缩写NYPR）对受试者的姿势进行评估，并通过身体觉知问卷（Body Awareness Questionnaire，缩写BAQ）、姿势觉知量表（Postural Awareness Form，缩写PAF）、姿势习惯与觉知量表（Postural Habits and Awareness Scale，缩写PHAS）对其身体与姿势觉知水平进行评估。
