Beetaloo terrestrial LiDAR data

\n## **Abstract** \nThe dataset was compiled by the Geological and Bioregional Assessment Program from multiple sources referenced within the dataset and/or metadata. The processes undertaken to compile this dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement. The point-cloud datasets represent the 3D structure of terrain and vegetation for select sites within the Beetaloo Sub-basin.\n\n\n## **Attribution** \nGeological and Bioregional Assessment Program\n\n\n## **History** \nRaw terrestrial LiDAR scans collected with a Riegl VZ-2000i scanner with integrated RTK GNSS. Raw scans (.rxp) are processed and co-registered in RIEGL RiSCAN Pro before export into ASPRS standard .las format (v 1.4). Conversion to .laz (lossless compression) for storage efficiency.

## **处理历史**
原始地面激光雷达（LiDAR）扫描数据通过集成实时动态导航卫星系统（RTK GNSS）的Riegl VZ-2000i型扫描仪采集。原始扫描文件（.rxp）经RIEGL RiSCAN Pro软件处理并配准后，导出为美国摄影测量与遥感学会（ASPRS）标准的.las格式（版本1.4）。为提升存储效率，进一步转换为.laz格式（无损压缩）。
