第二次青藏高原综合科学考察蜜蜂类传粉昆虫条形码凭证标本信息数据集（2022）

为描述第二次青藏高原综合科学考察蜜蜂类传粉昆虫资源遗传多样性分布格局，厘清其相关遗传背景，并建立相应的遗传资源库。2022年蜜蜂类传蜂昆虫子课题野外考察人员在西藏自治区的那曲地区、拉萨地区、山南地区、日喀则地区、阿里地区的农牧交错区，采集蜜蜂类传粉昆虫。本数据集包含2022年第二次青藏高原综合科学考察蜜蜂类传粉昆虫条形码凭证标本信息，包括标本编号、采样地、采集时间、采集人、鉴定结果、鉴定人、条码凭证编号、标本保存地点及备注等基本信息。产生305条DNA 条形码，数据以fastq格式储存。

To describe the distribution pattern of genetic diversity of bee pollinator resources from the Second Comprehensive Scientific Expedition to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, clarify their relevant genetic background, and establish a corresponding genetic resource database. In 2022, field investigators of the bee pollinator sub-project collected bee pollinators in the agro-pastoral ecotones of Nagqu, Lhasa, Shannan, Xigazê and Ngari Prefectures in the Tibet Autonomous Region. This dataset contains the barcode voucher specimen information of bee pollinators from the 2022 Second Comprehensive Scientific Expedition to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including basic information such as specimen number, sampling location, collection time, collector, identification result, identifier, barcode voucher number, specimen storage location and remarks. A total of 305 DNA barcodes were generated, and the data are stored in FASTQ format.
