广东省人民医院影像质控病例追踪数据集

一种将影像报告、病理诊断与出院诊断自动匹配对照的病例追踪处理方法。对病人病历数据匹配诊断文本数据，通过文本数据后结构化处理，实现对影像报告、病理诊断与出院诊断的后结构化处理。根据病种数据库按照关联规则对文本数据的诊断关键词进行对照标注。可通过人工智能机器学习分析实现病种数据库匹配规则的完善。使用场景多用于影像医师查询病人病理报告符合情况，以及影像科研数据查询。

A case tracking and processing method for automatically matching and comparing imaging reports, pathological diagnoses and discharge diagnoses. This method matches diagnostic text data with patient medical record data, and implements post-structuralization processing for imaging reports, pathological diagnoses and discharge diagnoses through post-structuring of the text data. It performs comparative annotation on diagnostic keywords within the text data using association rules based on disease-specific databases. The matching rules of the disease-specific databases can be refined via artificial intelligence and machine learning analysis. Its typical application scenarios include imaging physicians verifying the consistency between patients' pathological reports and relevant diagnoses, as well as querying imaging research data.
