Dataset accompanying "Picosecond Quantum Transients in Halide Perovskite Nanodomain Superlattices". Containing data obtained from: transient absorption spectroscopy (TAS); hyperspectral photoluminescence (PL) imaging; scanning electron diffraction (SED); X-ray diffraction; UV-Vis spectroscopy; small angle X-ray scattering; wide angle X-ray scattering; scanning electron microscopy; and Kronig-Penney calculations. TAS shows a 2-ps quantum transients for states above the bandgap of FAPbI3 at cryogenic temperatures (recorded on a home-built system). This is accompanied by spatially isolated emission, with a narrow linewidth of 1-5 nm as shown by hyperspectral PL microscopy (recorded by the IMA system, Photon etc.). The structural origin of these phenomena is linked to the presence of nanoscale {111}c twins which are observed in virtual bright/darkfield images and diffraction patterns formed from the SED data (recorded on a ThermoFisher Spectra 300 scanning transmission electron microscope).
