Patricia Bay pH Sensor Deployed 2014-01-29

The Satlantic SeaFET Ocean pH Sensor (SN 006) was deployed on 2014-01-29 at Patricia Bay. Patricia Bay is located in the Saanich Inlet, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. This device is a pH Sensor. pH sensors measure the acidity, or alkalinity, of sea water by the concentration of hydrogen ions in the water column. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.

Satlantic SeaFET型海洋pH传感器（序列号006）于2014年1月29日部署于帕特里夏湾。帕特里夏湾地处温哥华岛南端的萨尼奇湾内。该设备为pH传感器，其通过探测水柱中的氢离子浓度，实现海水酸度与碱度的测量。该传感器搭载于固定式观测平台，本次部署获取的观测数据已完成归档，并通过加拿大海洋网络（Ocean Networks Canada）旗下的Oceans 2.0数字基础设施对外公开；所有数据均遵循既定行业规范开展质量管控，并生成了衍生数据产品。
