It enables high-tech enterprises to better comprehend their own technological innovation capabilities and development potential, so as to adjust and improve their technological innovation strategies and business tactics, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and market share.
1. Data Collection: Collect data of high-tech enterprises via third-party platform software such as Qichacha.
2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and incomplete records, and conduct data cleaning and classification.
3. Data Calculation and Evaluation: Evaluate enterprise information from four dimensions: enterprise scale, R&D capability, competitiveness, and growth potential.
- Enterprise Scale: Scoring is based on three indicators:
- Registered capital: 10 points for registered capital ≥ 50 million RMB, 8 points for ≥ 10 million RMB, 4 points for ≥ 5 million RMB, and 2 points for < 5 million RMB;
- Registration time: 10 points for ≥ 10 years, 6 points for ≥ 5 years, and 2 points for < 5 years;
- Number of employees: 10 points for ≥ 1000 employees, 8 points for ≥ 300 employees, 6 points for ≥ 20 employees, and 2 points for < 20 employees.
The score of enterprise scale is the sum of the scores of the three above indicators, with a maximum total score of 30 points.
- R&D Capability = Σ (number of each type of patent × corresponding weight). The weights of different patent types are determined subjectively, with a maximum score of 40 points.
- Competitiveness = Σ (value of each indicator × corresponding weight). The weights are determined subjectively, with indicators including system certifications, national standards (GB standards), industrial standards, association standards, enterprise standards, trademarks, and administrative penalties. The maximum score is 20 points.
- Growth Potential = Σ (value of each indicator × corresponding weight). The weights are determined subjectively, with indicators including bidding activities, chattel mortgage, and land purchase. The maximum score is 10 points.
The total evaluation score is the sum of the scores of the four dimensions.
