This Dataset presents tables of key thermoelectric properties, which define thermoelectric conversion efficiency, for a wide range of inorganic materials. The 12 families of materials included in these tables are primarily selected on the basis of well established, internationally-recognised performance and promise for current and future applications: Tellurides, Skutterudites, Half Heuslers, Zintls, Mg-Sb Antimonides, Clathrates, FeGa3–type materials, Actinides and Lanthanides, Oxides, Sulfides, Selenides, Silicides, Borides and Carbides. As thermoelectric properties vary with temperature, data are presented at room temperature to enable ready comparison, and also at a higher temperature appropriate to peak performance. An individual table of data and commentary are provided for each family of materials plus source references for all the data.

本数据集收录了一系列用于界定热电转换效率的关键热电性能数据表,涵盖品类丰富的无机材料。本次纳入表格的12类材料家族,主要依据其性能已获国际公认、且在当前及未来应用中具备发展潜力这一标准筛选得出,具体包括:碲化物(Tellurides)、方钴矿(Skutterudites)、半赫斯勒合金(Half Heuslers)、齐特相合金(Zintls)、镁-锑锑化物(Mg-Sb Antimonides)、笼形结构材料(Clathrates)、FeGa₃型材料(FeGa3–type materials)、锕系与镧系元素(Actinides and Lanthanides)、氧化物(Oxides)、硫化物(Sulfides)、硒化物(Selenides)、硅化物(Silicides)、硼化物(Borides)及碳化物(Carbides)。鉴于热电性能随温度发生变化,本数据集同时提供室温下的性能数据以方便横向对比,以及适配材料峰值性能的高温工况数据。每一类材料家族均配有专属的数据表格与说明注释,且所有数据均附带来源参考文献。
