Tb/s级收发集成器件测试方法及数据

This dataset covers the integration technologies for manufacturing integrated circuits such as optical modulators and high-speed TIAs, as well as coherent optical receivers. It is dedicated to research on terabit-scale (Tbs-level) transceiver integrated devices, and includes two categories of documents: third-party test reports and their corresponding data, as well as test plans. The dataset contains five folders that store the original third-party test data, including modulation bandwidth, transmitter constellation diagrams, receiver bandwidth, receiver constellation diagrams, and device power consumption. This dataset documents the test results, raw test data and test methods for the Tbs-level transceiver integrated devices.
