课题现场实地考察意见表

2020年12月10日-12日项目承担单位组织专家组对课题现场查定的意见。1.在广西宁明县建立了松脂高效栽培标准示范基地1个，面积4.8万亩；广西北流市建立了示范基地1个，面积0.4万亩；广西昭平县示范区面积0.7万亩；广西苍梧县示范区面积0.05万亩，开展了配方施肥和密度调控等技术的试验示范。辐射推广25.78万亩。
2.在广西金秀县广西金秀松源林产有限公司改造建立了1万吨/年松脂节水减排绿色加工生产示范线1条，开展了松脂节水输送、松脂节水溶解、净制脂液节水蒸馏等技术集成示范，松脂加工耗水量从1.2吨/吨减少到0.84吨/吨，节水30%。

Comments on the on-site verification of the research project subject, organized by the project's undertaking entity from December 10 to 12, 2020.
1. One standard demonstration base for efficient oleoresin cultivation was established in Ningming County, Guangxi, covering an area of 48,000 mu; one demonstration base was established in Beiliu City, Guangxi, covering 4,000 mu; the demonstration zone in Zhaoping County, Guangxi spans 7,000 mu; the demonstration zone in Cangwu County, Guangxi covers 500 mu. Experimental demonstrations of technologies such as formulated fertilization and density regulation were carried out, with a demonstration-driven promoted area of 257,800 mu.
2. A renovated green processing and production demonstration line for oleoresin with water conservation and emission reduction, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes, was established in Guangxi Jinxiu Songyuan Forest Products Co., Ltd. in Jinxiu County, Guangxi. Integrated technical demonstrations were conducted for technologies including water-saving transportation of oleoresin, water-saving dissolution of oleoresin, and water-saving distillation of refined oleoresin liquid. The water consumption for oleoresin processing was reduced from 1.2 tonnes per tonne of oleoresin to 0.84 tonnes per tonne, achieving a 30% water saving.
