TR-FAIM data of Rhodamine B in 33% glycerol water acquired with the QuantICAM SPAD array.

This repsitorory contains TCSPC TR-FAIM data of Rhodamine B in 33% glycerol water acquired with a QuantICAM SPAD array. The data are .ics files, and are used in the article: Compensating for photon counting losses in a TCSPC SPAD array enables quantitative time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy imaging.The <code>.</code>ics files are compatible with TRI2 and have a format of (x,y,t). They can be read in MATLAB using DIPimage (readim) or in Python using libraries such as ics.py.Each file corresponds to a sequential polarization resolved measurement, recorded with a 1000 mus exposure and 50,000 frames. The time the files were saved indicates the measurement order. The excitation and emission polarizer settings for each measurement are recorded in the file names. i.e excVert_emHorz corrsponds to vertical excitation and horizontal emission.
