Responses from Swedish municipalities to questionnaire regarding potential surveys of uninhabited domestic buildings.

This data was gathered in the spring of 2023, within a PhD research project aiming to gather new information about uninhabited domestic buildings in Sweden, study how they are renovated and heated by new owners, and discuss possible ways to stimulate future utilization in sustainable, energy-efficient and culturally attentive ways. The first part of the project, for which the present data was collected, focused on gathering information about the building stock. This included establishing a national overview of initiatives to survey uninhabited domestic buildings, as this gives an indication of how the issue is perceived and distributed across the country. <br><br>A short questionnaire was developed and distributed via email to 272 Swedish municipalities in March of 2023. The questionnaire asked whether uninhabited domestic buildings were or had been surveyed in the municipality; strategies used to gather information if so, and obtained results. <br><br>All municipal email correspondence in Sweden become public documents, wherefore it was not necessary to seek individual approval. Nevertheless, all names have been removed. The emails are in Swedish.It should be noted that municipal efforts to survey uninhabited domestic buildings in Sweden is an ongoing process. Projects are continuously both started and halted, wherefore this data should mainly be seen as representative of the situation in early 2023.

2023年3月，研究团队设计了一份简短问卷，通过电子邮件向瑞典272个市镇发放。问卷内容涵盖该市镇是否已开展或曾开展无人居住住宅建筑普查工作，若已开展则需说明所采用的信息收集策略及已获取的普查结果。

瑞典所有市政部门的电子邮件往来均属于公开公共文件范畴，因此无需获取单独的知情同意。尽管如此，所有涉及的姓名均已做匿名化处理，本次采集的邮件均为瑞典语版本。

需要说明的是，瑞典各地市镇针对无人居住住宅建筑的普查工作仍在持续推进中，相关项目始终处于启动或中止的动态变化过程中，因此本数据集仅可作为2023年初当地相关情况的代表性快照。
