VPRS 16622 Card Index to the General Plans

The purpose of this card index was to provide access to plans located in VRS 16621 as well as the summary details of the plans located in VPRS 1667 General Plan Registers.The cards record the following details:- Title as shown on plan, with the relevant keyword for the index sequence underlined;- Serial/Plan Number;- Sheet Number in drawing set;- Number of sheets in set;- Surveyor name (if applicable);- Scale of final plan presentation;- Date of survey / plan;- Draughtsman name;- Drawn on (medium used i.e. paper, plastic, herculene or linen);- Print Draw Number (subject to further research);- Issued to (record of person plan was issued to;- Remarks / general comments.
