These proteomic data are from the skeletal muscle of 15 college-aged females prior to and following 10 weeks of resistance training. Specifically, these data represent sarcolemmal-associated proteins, which were isolated from human muscle tissue using a high-fidelity membrane protein extraction kit according to the manufacturer’s recommendations (Mem-PRE Plus Membrane Protein Extraction Kit; Thermo Fisher Scientific; Waltham, MA, USA).
