包括碳纤维生产中的分析数据如反应热的热力学数据、原丝DSC性能、原丝力学性能、炭化氧化阶段的环化度、纤维表面元素含量、纤维的XRD和晶态结构参数及最终产品的力学性能数据。同时对碳纤维产品的上浆剂表面物理化学特性及工艺耐候性进行了实验,为碳纤维制备工艺优化及界面相容性、缠绕工艺优化做支撑。数据集文件量约为1.5 MB。
This dataset covers various analytical data generated during carbon fiber production, including thermodynamic data such as heat of reaction, DSC properties and mechanical properties of precursor yarns, degree of cyclization during the carbonization and oxidation stage, fiber surface elemental content, XRD and crystalline structure parameters of fibers, as well as mechanical performance data of the final products. Meanwhile, experimental investigations were conducted on the surface physicochemical properties of sizing agents for carbon fiber products and the process weather resistance, which provide support for the optimization of carbon fiber preparation processes, interfacial compatibility and winding process optimization. The total file size of this dataset is approximately 1.5 MB.
