乳腺癌药物靶点基因突变优势人群分析数据通过对乳腺癌应用药物靶点基因突变在性别、年龄段、地区的分布数据分组分析及对比分析,筛选出突变优势人群,通过数据更新可实现历年数据变化监控。可应用于乳腺癌靶向药物相关学术研究,乳腺癌靶向药物新药研发中临床试验入组以及药物推广方案制定,临床中诊疗方案制定等场景。1.数据采集:采集乳腺癌患者性别、年龄、地区等信息(不涉及能够识别自然人个人身份的信息);
2.基因检测:通过高通量测序技术检测患者样本的基因突变情况;
3.数据分类:按照性别、年龄、地区(省份)三类指标,将数据进行分组。根据患者性别分为男性、女性;根据年龄将患者分成不同年龄段人群;根据地区将患者分成不同地区(省份)人群;
4.分组分析:
指标一:乳腺癌药物靶点基因突变在特定性别患者中的突变比例=该靶点基因突变的该性别患者数/进行该靶点基因突变检测的该性别患者总数;
指标二:乳腺癌药物靶点基因突变在特定年龄段患者中的突变比例=该靶点基因突变的该年龄段患者数/进行该靶点基因突变检测的该年龄段患者总数;

This dataset is developed for analyzing dominant populations with gene mutations in breast cancer drug targets. It conducts grouped and comparative analyses on the distribution patterns of gene mutations in breast cancer drug targets across gender, age groups and regions, screens out the dominant patient populations, and enables real-time monitoring of annual data changes via regular data updates. It can be applied to scenarios including academic research on breast cancer targeted drugs, clinical trial enrollment during the development of new breast cancer targeted drugs, formulation of drug promotion plans, and development of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as gender, age, and region of breast cancer patients, without gathering any personally identifiable information (PII) that can identify individual natural persons;
2. Genetic Testing: Detect the gene mutation status of patient samples via high-throughput sequencing technology;
3. Data Classification: Group the dataset based on three core indicators: gender, age, and region (province). Specifically, patients are divided into male and female groups according to gender, categorized into distinct age groups based on age, and grouped into different regional (provincial) cohorts by their region;
4. Grouped Analysis:
Indicator 1: Mutation rate of breast cancer drug target gene mutations in patients of a specific gender = (Number of patients with this target gene mutation in this gender) / (Total number of patients in this gender who underwent this target gene mutation detection);
Indicator 2: Mutation rate of breast cancer drug target gene mutations in patients of a specific age group = (Number of patients with this target gene mutation in this age group) / (Total number of patients in this age group who underwent this target gene mutation detection);
Indicator 3: Mutation rate of breast cancer drug target gene mutations in patients of a specific region (province) = (Number of patients with this target gene mutation in this region (province)) / (Total number of patients in this region (province) who underwent this target gene mutation detection);
