By collecting data such as patent applicants, legal statuses, technical subject classifications, and the number of simple patent family members in the field of data isolation methods, this dataset mainly includes invention patents and utility model patents related to data isolation methods from the global patent database. After screening out patent data related to data isolation methods using the keyword "data isolation method" from the results, and evaluating and classifying the patent data via our proprietary algorithm, this dataset can be used to track changes in patent data related to data isolation methods, and help understand the achievements of intellectual property work in the data isolation field. By comparing the patent data of data isolation methods from different enterprises or individuals, one can assess the technological innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels among them; understanding the technological development trends of data isolation methods helps enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevent their developed technologies from infringing others' intellectual property rights. 1. Data Source: Data on invention patents and utility model patents related to data isolation methods from the global patent database. 2. Data Collection: The target layer of this data is the relevance of patent technology. The indicator layer divides the patent technology relevance indicator system into five value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy, and economy. When retrieving patents related to data isolation methods, the indicator layer is further broken down into criteria layers as follows: - Technological value: Number of CPC classifications, number of cited patents, authorized years - Economic value: Remaining valid years, number of pledges - Legal value: Number of claims, number of document pages - Strategic value: Number of inventors, number of simple patent family members - Market value: Number of technical subject classifications, patent type, whether it belongs to strategic emerging industries 3. Data Analysis: This dataset adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combining quantitative and qualitative methods, and classifies the technological relevance into three levels from high to low: A (high relevance), B (general relevance), and C (low relevance). The comprehensive scoring criteria are as follows: - Level A: Strategic value ≥ 50 points, economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 50 points, legal value ≥ 60 points, technological value ≥ 30 points - Level B: Strategic value ranges from 40 to 50 points (excluding 50), economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 30 points, legal value ≥ 70 points, technological value ≥ 30 points - Level C: All remaining cases 4. Data Application: Provide R&D decision-making basis and priority reference for technology avoidance for technical personnel in this field.
