Effect of 1,25(OH)2D3 on metabolic activity. LOP 1 cells were cultured in the presence of 0 to 30nM of 1,25(OH)2D3. Metabolic activity is an indicator for cell viability and was measured with MTT assay at 1, 3, 7, and 10 days. Bars represent mean ± standard deviation (SD) where * means statistically different from CONTROL (P<0.05) and # means statistically different from OM (P<0.05)
1,25(OH)2D3对细胞代谢活性的影响：将LOP 1细胞置于浓度为0至30nM的1,25(OH)2D3培养基中培养。代谢活性可作为细胞活力的检测指标，本研究采用MTT比色法（MTT assay）分别于培养第1、3、7和10天进行检测。柱形代表均值±标准差（SD），其中*表示与对照组（CONTROL）存在统计学差异（P<0.05），#表示与OM组存在统计学差异（P<0.05）
