DRAGEN files for HG002

This contains all the VCF (SNV for HG001-07 and SV, STR, CNV for HG002) files and targeted caller JSON file. All these files were generated from DRAGEN4.2 run with the GRCh38 reference genome.

本数据集包含所有变异调用格式（VCF，Variant Call Format）文件与靶向变异调用器JSON文件。其中，针对HG001至HG007的样本，VCF文件存储单核苷酸变异（Single Nucleotide Variant，SNV）数据；针对HG002样本，VCF文件则存储结构变异（Structural Variant，SV）、短串联重复序列（Short Tandem Repeat，STR）与拷贝数变异（Copy Number Variant，CNV）数据。所有文件均基于GRCh38参考基因组，通过DRAGEN4.2流程生成。
