Reference delineation of Area SFS2 of the anterior dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) in individual sections of the BigBrain (v1)

This dataset contains cytoarchitectonic maps of area SFS2 in the BigBrain. Delineations of area SFS2 resulted from the cytoarchitectonic analysis of the structure in coronal histological sections at 1-micron resolution of the BigBrain dataset. They have been transformed to sections of the 3D reconstructed BigBrain space using the transformations, which were provided by Claude Lepage (McGill).

本数据集包含BigBrain中SFS2脑区的细胞构筑图（cytoarchitectonic maps）。SFS2脑区的边界划定，源自对BigBrain数据集的1微米分辨率冠状组织切片开展的细胞构筑结构分析。上述边界已通过由Claude Lepage（麦吉尔大学）提供的空间变换算法，转换至三维重建的BigBrain空间的切片层面。
