Ziziphus acidojujuba Transcriptome under NaCl stress

Here, we performed pot-experiments to study the physiologically responses and transcriptomic regulation under different level and duration of salt stress. In those, the dose and duration effect of NaCl and tissue-specific responses were investigated at transcriptional level. Our study would illustrate the fundamental knowledge about the stress tolerance in wild jujube and provide theoretical support for breeding of salt-resistant varieties of jujube and cultivation.
