"Source: Derived from the Nanjing University Rock Thin Section Image Dataset.Core Features:Uses SIFT-based alignment to correct mechanical stage eccentricity. This ensures strict pixel-to-pixel correspondence across the rotation sequence, allowing all angular views to share a unified Ground Truth mask.Constructed via an \"Expert-in-the-Loop\" strategy (SAM + Geologists). Explicitly targets High-Confusion Groups (e.g., Quartz vs. Feldspar, Olivine vs. Pyroxene) by leveraging diagnostic textures like twinning and cleavage.Statistics:Samples: 97 thin sections (Igneous, Metamorphic, Sedimentary).Classes: 8 major rock-forming minerals (Alkali Feldspar, Pyroxene, Quartz, Plagioclase, Hornblende, Biotite, Muscovite, Olivine).Annotations: 9,231 pixel-level semantic masks.Distribution: Preserves a realistic long-tail class distribution."
