Structural connectivity matrices and resting-state functional data have been collected on the 78 subjects of the ARCHI database. Connectivity data have been mapped on the Constellation atlas, which is derived from the Desikan as follows. The Constellation atlas has been built as a subdivision of the regions of the Desikan atlas, based on the structural connectivity data of this specific group of subjects. The subdivision has been computed with the Constellation toolbox, in such a way that the resulting regions have a uniform connectivity profile across subjects. This atlas is thus specific to this group of subjects, but is likely to differ only slightly for other groups because it takes into account the inter-subject variability and the group is large enough to represent the main variability of a normal population. Individual connectivity matrices have been built for diffusion-MR-based structural connectivity (connection strength resulting from fibers reconstructed using a tractography algorithm). Resting-state functional data have been reduced into this atlas. More precisely the dataset includes: * The Constellation parcellation atlas, as a texture (.gii), with nomenclatures as text files and regions surface areas (.csv). * Individual matrices of structural connectivity for all subjects of ARCHI. * Individual rsfMRI time series reduced on the Constellation atlas. * Individual cortical meshes in .gii format. * An average mesh built for visualization purposes from half of the ARCHI subjects, as a mesh (.gii).

星座图谱以本次受试群体的结构连接数据为基础,作为德西坎图谱的脑区细分方案构建而成。该细分方案通过星座工具箱(Constellation toolbox)计算得到,可使生成的脑区在不同受试者间保持一致的连接特征。因此该图谱仅适配本次受试群体,但由于其纳入了受试者间变异度,且样本量足够大以覆盖正常人群的主要变异特征,故对其他群体的适配性仅存在小幅差异。
针对基于弥散磁共振(diffusion-MR)的结构连接——即通过纤维束追踪算法重建的神经纤维所对应的连接强度——本数据集构建了各受试者专属的结构连接矩阵。静息态功能数据已基于该图谱完成降维处理。
具体而言,本数据集包含以下内容:
- 星座分区图谱(Constellation parcellation atlas):以纹理文件(.gii)格式存储,附带脑区命名规范文本文件与脑区表面积数据(.csv)。
- ARCHI数据库所有受试者的专属结构连接矩阵。
- 经星座图谱降维后的各受试者专属静息态功能磁共振(rsfMRI)时间序列。
- .gii格式的各受试者专属大脑皮层网格文件。
- 为可视化需求,基于半数ARCHI受试者构建的平均皮层网格文件(.gii格式)。
