This dataset records real estate transaction-related entries including transaction items, starting price, total construction area, residential building construction area, and contract signing price, extracted from the social and economic statistical data of Beijing—a provincial-level municipality designated as a demonstration area for the Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control Project. As China's national political, cultural, and economic hub, this dataset compiles comprehensive statistical data across all districts and counties of Beijing in 2002, covering finance and fiscal affairs, industrial and agricultural production, science, education, public health, infrastructure construction, residents' living standards, basic urban and rural conditions, population structure, employee employment, tourism economy, and a wide range of other aspects.
