数字第一湖

数字第一湖是省“大综合一体化”执法改革的县乡一体创新子应用，基于省“大综合一体化”执法监管数字应用，根据千岛湖综合行政执法现状创新特色湖域全生命周期监管一件事应用，围绕提升“风险防范能力、指挥调度能力、联合处置能力、监督评价能力”四大能力建设，重点打造“全域监测、指挥协同、全维督评”3大场景，形成1+1+3+N+1（“一个门户、一屏管指挥、三应用场景、N个能力中心、一个数仓”）的整体架构。

Digital First Lake is a county-township integrated innovative sub-application under the provincial-level "Comprehensive Integrated Law Enforcement Reform". Built upon the provincial digital application for comprehensive integrated law enforcement supervision, it develops an innovative application for whole-life-cycle supervision of characteristic lake areas tailored to the actual state of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Qiandao Lake. Centered on enhancing four core capabilities—risk prevention, command and dispatch, joint disposal, and supervision and evaluation—it focuses on constructing three major scenarios: comprehensive regional monitoring, command and coordination, and comprehensive supervision and evaluation, thus forming the overall architecture of "1+1+3+N+1", which specifically refers to "one portal, one command screen, three application scenarios, N capability centers, and one data warehouse".
