Zoning

Zoning ordinances, in conformance with the City's General Plan, regulate land use development within the City of Long Beach. Within each zoning district, the zoning regulations specify the permitted and prohibited uses, as well as the development standards including setbacks, height, parking, and design standards, among others. Data updated to authoritative database as ordinances are approved by the City Council. This layer is updated weekly by script and was last updated 2024-08-17.
