Nanoparticle tracking analysis and morphological features based on scanning electron and epifluorescence microscopy

The following data has been collected for the C and TN treatment from a mesocosm experiment. The C treatment mimicked winter conditions while the TN treatment simulated summer conditions. Day 10 and 17 was selected for the analysis. The cell shape and morphological features data were collected based on scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and epifluorescence microscopy (EpiM). The data related to particles abundance (0.2 µm fraction), including both phages and vesicles were collected based on nano particle tracking analysis (NTA) at the end of the mesocosm experiment, i.e. Day 27.
