老年人群健康项目「Ageing Well」的有效性评估：三期追踪面板调查。第一波：项目正式启动前；第二波：项目刚结束时；第三波：项目结束后数月。P1360a：健康问题、就诊行为、精神与躯体状况、跌倒风险、记忆力衰退、增加体育锻炼的意愿、健康饮食的重要性、家庭设施与居家改造需求、眼、耳、齿及活动能力相关躯体状况、家务劳作情况、体育锻炼情况、出行方式。P1360a与P1360b：主要为P1360a的复现条目。P1360b：参与「Ageing Well」项目的原因、项目评估情况、「Ageing Well」锻炼项目的坚持情况、日常看电视行为；以及锻炼与饮食相关的行为变化。背景变量：基本人口特征、居住状况、收入与金融资产、受教育程度、阅读习惯、大众媒体接触情况及‘文化’接触程度。
