展毛翠雀花

毛莨科翠雀花属一年生草本。高30～45 cm。叶片心状圆形，3全裂。花序圆锥状；花深蓝色，具1.2～l。6㎝长的距。花期7～10月。　　喜温凉，喜肥。中国特有植物。产西藏东部，生于海拔2600～4200m的林缘草地。四川西北部、甘肃西南部、青海东南部也产。本变种在蕾期已表现出较高的观赏价值(犹如许多小蝌蚪栖于枝头)；盛花时更如一群蓝色的小鸟从天而降，十分动人。

An annual herb of the genus Delphinium in the Ranunculaceae family. It grows 30–45 cm tall. Leaves are cordate-orbicular and 3-partite. Inflorescences are paniculate; flowers are deep blue, with a spur measuring 1.2–1.6 cm in length. Its flowering period is from July to October. It favors cool and mild environments as well as fertile soil. It is a plant endemic to China. It is distributed in eastern Tibet, growing in forest-edge grasslands at an altitude of 2600–4200 m, and also found in northwestern Sichuan, southwestern Gansu, and southeastern Qinghai. This variety shows high ornamental value even at the bud stage, resembling numerous small tadpoles perched on branches; at full bloom, it looks even more striking, like a flock of blue birds descending from the sky, making it very charming.
