通过对龙游县智能装备企业知识产权数据进行采集、分类，计算企业各类知识产权的占比，通过分析数量及占比，更具针对性地对企业知识产权保护进行指导，帮助企业制定知识产权战略规划：1、数据采集：挑选龙游县智能装备企业知识产权数据作为对象，通过国家知识产权局、第三方专利检索网站、著作权检索网站，对各企业有效注册商标量、发明专利授权量、实用新型授权量、外观设计授权量、著作权登记量进行数据统计。2、数据处理：对各企业的各类知识产权数量计算得到各企业知识产权总量A，有效注册商标量/企业知识产权总量A=商标占比，发明专利授权量/企业知识产权总量A=发明专利占比，实用新型授权量/企业知识产权总量A=实用新型占比，外观设计授权量/企业知识产权总量A=外观设计占比，著作权登记量/企业知识产权总量A=著作权占比。通过统计、计算、筛选，得出企业知识产权量由大到小顺序。3、数据应用：根据企业知识产权总量及各类占比，分析企业知识产权发展现状及强化方向，为企业提供更精准的知识产权服务，为嘉龙游县智能装备企业知识产权数据知识产权发展提供合理化建议

This dataset focuses on intellectual property (IP) data of intelligent equipment enterprises in Longyou County. It involves collecting and categorizing such data, calculating the proportion of each IP category for enterprises, analyzing their IP quantities and proportions, providing targeted guidance on enterprise IP protection, and assisting enterprises in formulating IP strategic plans. The workflow is divided into three stages:
1. Data Collection: Targeting the IP data of intelligent equipment enterprises in Longyou County, statistics are conducted on the number of valid registered trademarks, authorized invention patents, authorized utility model patents, authorized design patents, and copyright registration volumes of each enterprise through the National Intellectual Property Administration, third-party patent retrieval websites, and copyright retrieval websites.
2. Data Processing: For each enterprise, calculate its total IP volume A. Then derive the proportion of each IP category: proportion of valid registered trademarks = number of valid registered trademarks / total IP volume A; proportion of authorized invention patents = authorized invention patents / total IP volume A; proportion of authorized utility model patents = authorized utility model patents / total IP volume A; proportion of authorized design patents = authorized design patents / total IP volume A; proportion of copyright registration volumes = copyright registration volumes / total IP volume A. Through statistics, calculation and screening, enterprises are ranked in descending order of their total IP volume.
3. Data Application: Based on the total IP volume and the proportions of each IP category of enterprises, analyze the current development status and strengthening directions of their IP work, provide more precise IP services for enterprises, and put forward rationalization suggestions for the IP development of intelligent equipment enterprises in Longyou County.
