Actinidia chinensis Transcriptome or Gene expression

This project investigates the transcriptional regulatory network that influences anthocyanin synthesis and accumulation in Actinidia chinensis (kiwifruit) under bagging treatment. RNA sequencing was performed on kiwifruit inner flesh samples from both control and bagging treatment groups at three distinct developmental stages, with three biological replicates per sampling point. The aim is to uncover the molecular mechanisms that regulate anthocyanin biosynthesis and understand how bagging treatment impacts kiwifruit pigmentation and quality.
