Users can access information regarding reported cases and their handling progress via the platform, including metrics such as the total number of accepted reports, verified reports, and verification rate, as well as the disposal status assigned to each responsible entity. Additionally, reporters can monitor the progress of their submitted reports in real time and will be eligible for corresponding rewards once their reported issues are verified.
