THE NEW CONSTITUTION OF UZBEKISTAN IS A PEOPLE'S CONSTITUTION

This article provides a scientific analysis of the essence of the newly revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its significance as a “People’s Constitution,” and its role in societal development. The study examines the factors that led to the renewal of the Constitution, the key changes introduced, and the emphasis placed on human rights and social protection. Furthermore, the role of the new Constitution in building a democratic society is highlighted.
