This file contains the reference gene expression profiles of 22 human immune cell subsets, which serves as the core input reference for the CIBERSORT algorithm in immune infiltration analysis. The matrix provides specific gene expression signatures for each immune cell type, enabling the deconvolution of mixed cell populations to quantify the relative proportions of the 22 immune cell subsets via support vector regression.
